The botanical garden makes its greenhouses and breeding areas available for research and teaching purposes. We also rear and look after plants for biological and pharmaceutical institutes, a process that often requires gardening expertise.

Protecting biodiversity is important to us. Many of our activities, such as the cultivation of rare species, are dedicated to it.
